Our facility in Pontardawe, Swansea, UK specialises in air and vacuum investment, centrifugal, and sand casting and HiPping (hot isostatic pressing) processes that allow us to produce high-integrity components with excellent structural properties. These methods are particularly well suited for high-performance alloys used in demanding industrial environments. By carefully controlling melting, pouring, and solidification processes, we ensure components meet strict material and dimensional requirements. Our experienced technical team works closely with customers to determine the most appropriate method for each application.
Wall Colmonoy Precision Components operates from a 9,590m2 manufacturing facility in Pontardawe, Swansea, Wales, UK. The site has long been dedicated to precision casting, CNC machining, and high-performance alloy manufacturing. From this location, we support customers across the United Kingdom, Europe, and global markets.
